This company was hired to remediate mold in a home that I was purchasing. The owner at the time was an elderly lady who was going blind and he completely took advantage of her. He was hired to clear the mold in the attic which was inaccessible to most people as there was no ladder to climb up and he knew very well that this poor lady who was going blind would never actually check if the job was done right. She even remained in the home while the so-called remediation was being done. Now we all know that is a major health hazard and he couldn't have been doing it correctly if someone was living in the home as it was supposedly being done. He charged her about $5,000 for a job that should have cost $15,000. He did not do any remediation after I had several professional companies come and tell me all he did was spray something over the mold and never removed it. Joseph Margherita is a crook and an awful person to take advantage of an old lady. Even after I contacted him several times to return and fix the problem he refused and was extremely nasty to myself and husband. Now I am stuck with a major problem. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I know I'm the only negative review here, but what I'm sharing is truth and I believe in reviews as a way to share the positive and negative of companies in favor of the consumer."

They came in, sealed off the area where the water and mold were. They bagged up the boxes that were wet and covered with mold and took them out for me. They put mats on the floor to change the boot covers on so as not to track any mold through the house. They used these big machines with ducts going out the window to keep any mold from going throughout the rest of my house or finished attic. Large dehumidifiers to dry everything. They sprayed the attic area, including areas hard to reach, with environmentally safe chemicals several times and vacuumed until it was all removed. A great job done by these professionals. As a Pastor, I highly recommend them."
